Top Golden Isles Experiences
1. Visit the Georgia Sea Turtle Center
A trip to Jekyll Island is not complete without a visit to the Georgia Sea Turtle Center. Explore the lives of sea turtles and other native animals through daily education programs and gallery exhibits. Glimpse into the hospital where sea turtles are treated, see turtle patients in the rehabilitation pavilion, and learn how the center's research is helping sea turtles in Georgia and throughout the world!
2. Take a Trip to Driftwood Beach
Another must-visit destination on Jekyll Island is Driftwood Beach. The beach and its iconic driftwood formed as a result of decades of erosion. Driftwood Beach is ideal for a sunny afternoon, a morning picnic, and even stargazing late at night.

While in the Golden Isles, you have to try out the official beer of the Golden Isles! Head to Silver Bluff Brewery for a drink, and hangout in their outdoor beer garden with games and TVs for your enjoyment!
