The historic pier on Jekyll Island has reopened as the island’s newest restaurant and live music venue. The Wharf restaurant, a part of the Jekyll Island Club Resort family, is Jekyll’s only waterfront restaurant and bar offering weekly live music. The Wharf features open air dining and all-day menus focused on Southern favorites including peel and eat shrimp, crab cakes and fried chicken. Enjoy a cocktail with family and friends on the riverfront deck while watching the sun sink below the famed marshes of Glynn.

Plan a Party at The Greenhouse

Elegant soirees, wedding receptions and private events have found a new home on St. Simons Island. The brainchild of local florists and event designers at The Vine, The Greenhouse is slated to open in January and promises to be one of the hottest special event venues in the Golden Isles. Sea Island Announces Enhancements to The Lodge

The Lodge, Sea Island’s iconic property located on St. Simons Island, has been heralded by U.S. News & World Report as the #1 Hotel in the country twice, and has also received the Forbes Five-Star and AAA Five-Diamond awards year after year. This longstanding tradition of excellence will undoubtedly continue as Sea Island plans to enhance The Lodge experience for guests and members.

Additions include six new cottages, an oceanfront pool overlooking the St. Simons Sound, a putting course, a new 17,000-square-foot Golf Performance Center featuring six instruction and club fitting bays and a putting studio, among other enhancements.

Great news! The Lodge enhancements will be completed right in time for the 2018 RSM Classic next November.
