Golden Isles Arts & Humanities is pleased to showcase the work of our community's local art teachers with the annual Art Teachers' Art Exhibit opening with a community reception during the First Friday festivities on Aug. 3 from 5-8 p.m. at the Ritz Theatre in Downtown Brunswick.
"We are delighted to showcase the work of these talented teachers right before the beginning of the school year," said Heather Heath, Executive Director. "They inspire our local students with their creativity and their artwork is always so imaginative and diverse. We are fortunate to have such amazing art teachers in our community."
The show will include work in a range of media and many of the pieces will be for sale. The exhibit will remain on display through Sept. 28. Gallery hours are Tuesday – Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p. and during performances and events. Admission to all art exhibits at The Ritz Gallery is free.
