Because we always need a little Christmas, these two delightful authors will talk about their books coming out for the holiday season. Both are New York Times and USA Today, best-selling authors.
Patti has written sixteen novels and is the recipient of The Christy Award: A 2019 Winner “Book of the Year,” The Harper Lee Distinguished Writer of the Year for 2020, and the Alabama Library Association Book of the Year for 2019. She will talk about “Once Upon a Wardrobe,” a tenderly imagined and enchanting story that pulls back the curtain on the early life of C. S. Lewis.
Mary Kay is the author of 27 novels (including such titles as “The Fixer Upper;” “Deep Dish;” “Savannah Breeze;” “Hissy Fit;” and“Savannah Blues”), and her novels have been published in German, Italian, Polish, Slovenian, Hungarian, Dutch, Czech and Japanese. She will talk about “The Santa Suit,” about a newly divorced woman who buys an old farmhouse sight unseen, and how the community and the magic of Christmas transform her life. Along with being prolific authors, Patti and Mary Kay are renowned storytellers and this program promises to entertain as well as inform.
