Calling all junior scientists, marine biologists, conservationists, and sea turtle enthusiasts! The GSTC invites campers to enjoy fun-in-the-sun activities, field-based adventures, and unforgettable sea turtles. Each day will focus on turtle biology, conservation, and the threats these animals face. Campers will explore the many habitats of Jekyll Island: freshwater ponds, maritime forest, tidal marshlands and to the beach, accompanied by the myriad of turtle species and wildlife found in coastal Georgia. Campers will interact daily with GSTC staff, volunteers, and AmeriCorps members during this unique week of learning and adventure. Come experience this unique program and learn how you can protect our natural resources, save a species, and make a difference!

Sea Turtle Camp includes 20 hours of instruction, a visit to Summer Waves Water Park during camp, daily lunch provided by Larry's Giant Subs, one reusable water bottle, one official camp shirt, and a commemorative pin.
