Our tours are guided explorations of the Golden Isle’s principal Black heritage sites and attractions, often focusing on the area's legacy of slavery and the experiences of its large Black population through the period of enslavement and their transition to freedom. We also address the culture and history of the local Geechee people, part of the Gullah-Geechee cultural corridor stretching up through coastal South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida.
