Summer is in the air and soon the sounds of many summer music series will be as well. Each summer, visitors and residents alike, enjoy open air concerts on waterfront parks and lawns throughout the Golden Isles.
Hosts of the below events ask, in accordance with the CDC, you follow social distancing guidelines when attending these events.
Rhythm on the River
Rhythm on the River is a FREE music series located in downtown Brunswick at Mary Ross Waterfront Park. This music series is held the first Sunday of the month, from April to October. Bring the kids, chairs, blankets, a picnic and your favorite beverage. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the tunes.

Sounds by the Sea
Sounds by the Sea is put on by Golden Isles Arts and Humanities bringing great concerts by the best local and regional musicians each summer, beginning Memorial Day Weekend and lasting into August. Planned for high tide evenings, for maximum breeze and comfort, the concerts bring listeners to beautiful Neptune Park at the edge of the ocean on St. Simons Island for one of the most pleasant and entertaining evening you can spend in the Golden Isles.

All concerts begin at 7pm.
Admission to Sounds by the Sea, payable at the gate the night of each show is $10 for adults. Children ages 6 to 12 are $5, and children younger than 6 years old get in free.
A Little Light Music
A Little Light Music is a unique experience put on by the Coastal Georgia Historical Society. Held on the oceanfront lawns of the St. Simons Island Lighthouse, concert-goers are encouraged to bring picnics, lawn chairs and blankets to enjoy performances on select Sunday evenings from June until September.

Concerts begin at 7pm. Tickets are $15 for adults; children under 12 and Keepers of the Light are admitted free of charge. Tickets may be purchased in advance in the Museum Store or at the gate the evening of the concert.
