The Georgia Sea Turtle Center—Georgia's first sea turtle rehabilitation, research, and education facility—provides state-of-the-art emergency care to sick and injured sea turtles. Explore the lives of sea turtles and other native animals through daily education programs and gallery exhibits. Glimpse into the hospital where sea turtles are treated, see our turtle patients in the rehabilitation pavilion, and learn how our research is helping sea turtles in Georgia and throughout the world! Hours: Monday-Sunday (9:00am-5:00pm) Holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year's Day (Closed) Admission proceeds help to offset operational costs, including the rehabilitation of the sea turtles. The current prices are: Adults (13-62) $10.60, Seniors(62+) $9.54, Children(4-12) $8.48, and Children under 3 years old are free. Visitors under 16 years old must be accompanied by someone 18 years or older. In accordance with State Health Department regulations, all swimsuits must be covered. Shoes and shirts must be worn at all times.
