By signing this agreement, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I have the legal authority to act on behalf of the client, make decisions, and enter into agreements.
I am committing to the selected advertisement for the 2027 Visitor Guide publication and understand the legal obligation to fulfill this agreement.
The client will be invoiced in full upon contract execution. Terms are net 30.
If payment is not received by the production deadline, the client’s ad will not be placed in the 2027 Visitor Guide.
To qualify for the partner rate, the client must be a recognized 2026 Golden Isles CVB Partner.
If the non-partner rate is selected for the 2027 publication, the client acknowledges that any 2026 CVB partner benefits will end effective December 31, 2026.
