Pairing is a Delaney specialty. “Some of the match-ups with the food and wine will blow you away,” he modestly proffered. “I like wine—that is my inspiration.” One never knows what may be concocted back in the kitchen. A recent offering was chocolate soup (yes, chocolate soup) topped with hazelnut cream.
Delaney’s is entering its 19th year on St. Simons. Chef Tom explained, “We love the people here. We have great customers, and we get to know them!” Come join the local regulars who return again and again to experience the best cuisine the Golden Isles has to offer.
