Off-Road Bike Trail

The total loop is 3.55 miles but split into five sections: Two Path Road (.94 mi), Back Stretch (.18 mi), Sonoma (.16 mi), Hump de Bump (.51 mi), and the longest section Zig Zag (1.21 mi). This trail, for the most part, is pretty flat and a moderate coastal bike trail. Some of the sections have tight switchback (zig zag) turns through coastal Maritime forests. Recommended for intermediate to advanced mountain bikers.

Since the off-road bike trail is located in Blythe Island Regional Park, it is an ideal place for an afternoon picnic. This park has many picnic tables/pavilions with views of the marsh along South Brunswick River. See what else Blythe Island Regional Park has to offer.
